S&S Timmer Constructions is a family owned and operated business based on the Sunshine Coast, Qld. We have 29 years’ experience, in the residential building industry. We are fully licensed and insured. We hold a Carpentry, Joinery and Low Rise Builder (up to 3 stories) license, with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, and are also members of the Queensland Master Builders Association.
We have experience in all areas of residential construction, from Traditional Colonial to Modern and Contemporary. We have won multiple awards for our work, including House of the Year in the QMBA Downs and Western Housing and Construction Awards 2014, QMBA regional awards in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 and Best Heritage Style Home in the QMBA State Housing and Construction Awards 2014. Our quality is of an extremely high level, and we obtain this by myself being on the tools and personally being able to oversee the job on a day to day basis.
